This position is for Great World City, a company under Allgreen Properties.

Build and manage a team of executives and customer service staff to:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for the mall.
  • Assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand shoppers’ needs.
  • Enhance shopping experience through mall-wide campaigns, events and loyalty program to drive traffic and spend in the mall.
  • Source, solicit and establish partnerships for implementation of new marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendation to adjust and improve marketing strategies.
  • Support overall efforts in content development and upkeep of social and digital channels, as well as community management of mall touchpoints.
  • Build and foster good relationships with tenants and garner participation in the mall’s marcom activities.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors, and event companies to ensure successful launches of marketing initiatives and events.
  • Revenue maximization through identification of revenue opportunities and casual leasing of atrium spaces, road show spaces, media spaces and push carts.
  • Work with statutory boards and/or government agencies to manage event area under the management contract.
  • Prepare marketing budget, monthly reports, tracking of expenses, etc.
  • Develop and maintain customer service initiatives and achieve service standard set for the mall.
  • Collaborate on Group-wide marcom initiatives as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Communications / Marketing / Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in a shopping mall, retail, or ad agency environment.
  • Experienced in managing P&L and driving revenue streams.
  • Creative, resourceful and excels in a timeline driven environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record.
  • Highly energetic, mature, self-motivated and a creative team player with a keen eye for details.
  • Good written and spoken communications skills.
