Job description

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Learning & Development to help drive initiatives and programs to manage the learning and development programs for KSL.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and industry experts to stay up to date on emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Assist in maintaining learning budget and ensure that the programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining learning and development metrics to track the impact of programs on business outcomes.
  • Assist in mapping out and implementing skills competencies and proficiencies across the various Business Units and Corporate Functions within the Group
  • Assist in providing regular updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of learning and development programs.
  • Someone who is proactive and comfortable interacting with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs (i.e., assist in the conduct and implementation of a Learning Needs Analysis).

Job requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or a related field
  • Proven experience in an L&D/ Training role or similar
  • At least 4 - 5 years HR experience in HR, with strong focus on Learning and Development strategies / activities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Have experience in mapping out and implementing skills competencies and proficiencies.
  • Able to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge and experience in the administration of government funding (e.g., SSG, e2i and WSG fundings etc.) a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, and common analytics tool (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
