What internship roles are available?


Group Sustainability And Corporate Communications

Stakeholder Engagement

  • eLearning Modules: Support in the review and feedback loop of eLearning modules for 6 ESG modules in Batch 5&6 – relating to governance and ESG case studies
  • Lunchtalk Trainings: Liaise with external vendors to organise lunch session trainings for colleagues
  • Sustainability Challenge: Support in the implementation of Sustainability Challenge to raise awareness through the program

Performance Management

  • ESG Data Checks: Support in the maintenance of our ESG Core KPI dashboard. Monitor and analyse ESG Trends through our dashboards.
  • Data Management Platform shortlisting: Sit in to gain exposure on how an organisation shortlists vendors to implement a new ESG Data platform system, support in liasing with Vendor for details.

Governance

  • Internal Audit of Carbon Emissions Data: Exposure to internal audit process of ESG Carbon data tracking and checking, support in document organisations and project management.


SAP Automation & AI Engineer x2

Participate in new IT initiatives for SAP application as part of modernizing the adoption of SAP usage within Kuok Group:

  • Integration of Generative AI with SAP to automate tasks, analyze data and improve business outcomes.
  • Integration of Automated Testing Tool with SAP via using state of the art testing tool (i.e. Tricentis-Enterprise Continuous Testing) with SAP to optimize test processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Generative AI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Build and implement AI-powered chatbots, focusing on tasks such as coding, natural language processing, user experience design, testing, and integration with SAP.
  • Support the documentation and reporting of project progress and outcomes.
  • Engage in testing and debugging of SAP systems and AI models to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SAP and AI trends, tools, and technologies.

Automated Testing Tool

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and prioritize software issues and bugs.
  • Design and execute test cases and plans to verify software product functionality and performance.
  • Increase the effectiveness and accuracy of testing procedures and create/manage automated test scripts.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and potential issues.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to development teams.
  • Work with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Support the documentation and reporting of project progress and outcomes.
  • Keep up with the latest software testing and quality assurance developments, including industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Generative AI, machine learning, and other AI technologies
  • Basic knowledge or interest in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, independent learner with a keen interest in technology and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++ is a plus

IT - Robotic Process Automation x 2

  • Take part in cutting-edge RPA projects, automating processes that will revolutionize how we operate.
  • Analyze potential for automation, determining the technical feasibility of transforming business opportunities into efficient RPA solutions with senior engineer.
  • Craft robust RPA workflows designed to enhance speed and precision, significantly improving business functions.
  • Involve in dive deep into business requirements, not only to understand but also to shape RPA solutions that directly address and streamline our operations.
  • Engage in comprehensive testing from start to finish, refine automation for optimal performance, and provide support that users can rely on.
  • Develop thorough documentation that captures process designs and technical frameworks, ensuring clarity and continuity in our automation journey.
  • Play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that our RPA solutions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Learn to compile comprehensive progress reports, contributing to the management and resolution of any project risks or issues.
  • Prior experience or strong familiarity with GenAI is highly regarded.


Risk & Compliance

  • Assist with monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and key risk events
  • Assist with collation and analysis of business information, financials and credit history of business unit customers
  • Assist in the review and drafting of relevant Compliance policies / guidelines
  • Contribute to various Enterprise Risk Management / Credit Risk / Compliance projects
  • Support the team in the planning and preparation of internal training workshops


IT - Data Analytics

  • Learn and support data ingestion from various sources.
  • Design the data structure to support analytics.
  • Cleansing, parsing and validation of data.
  • Build analytics that support business decisions.
  • Automate Data Feeds and Dashboard Refresh.
  • Design the visualization layer to represent data in most engaging ways.
  • Design and train models for predictive / prescriptive analytics for business cases with recommendations.
  • Present and promote user adoption of dashboards or reports.


HR  - Human Resource Business Partner

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, or policy reviews.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in compliance-related tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by HRBP

Key Internship Project:

Content creation for video-sharing sites

  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that aligns with our brand messaging and values
  • Collaborate with the team to understand business goals and create bespoke content to target desired demographics
  • Film and edit high-quality videos
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for YouTube/TikTok to ensure regular posting and engagement with our audience
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and engaging
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to assess the success of our video content and make recommendations on improvements
  • Work with the team to brainstorm ideas for new video series, campaigns, and other creative initiatives to keep our audience engaged, and grow our followers

Brand Rejuvenation

  • Conduct market research and analyse the competitive landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market
  • Develop creative concepts and conceptualise ideas that greater defines brand identity, aligned with our company's mission and values
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the brand strategy across all touchpoints, including digital and traditional media, website, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborate and assist in creation / enhancement of branding assets such as logos, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines


Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities, liaisons with tenants and vendors
  • Handle programme-related enquiries and/or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective response
  • Take care of programme device management including online and/or onsite trainings
  • Assist in setting up members’ engagement campaigns/communications on programme’s digital channels
  • Update website content, circular and promotional materials
  • Track and prepare reports for weekly/monthly meetings or as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Guest Services

  • Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
  • Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
  • Ensure that residents’ request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
  • Provide all residents with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events
  • Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
  • Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
  • Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
