Job description

  1. Verify seafarer contracts, movements & bank details updated in Crew Management Software.
  2. Processing monthly/final wages & payments to seafarer using Crew Payroll Software (autointerface to SAP).
  3. Processing manning agent invoices and payments using OCR based system and SAP respectively.
  4. Processing monthly statutory contributions for seafarer.
  5. Processing CTM (Cash to Master) payments and register its accounting entries into SAP.
  6. Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliation of crew control accounts and manning agent accounts.
  7. Prepare monthly Manning Agents Aging Report.
  8. Yearly submission of employers’ income tax returns, EA and IR8A for seafarer.
  9. Liaise with Business Units on operation matters.
  10. Ad-hoc projects and any other tasks required from time to time by the management.

Job requirements

  1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting
  3. Strong teamwork spirit and able to meet tight deadlines
  4. Good communication skills and able to converse well in English
