Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our Postfix operations, including PABX, Handy, and Heavy Lift services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage our team and ensure efficient and effective service delivery.


Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Service Delivery:

  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of PABX, Handy, and Heavy Lift services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these services.
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

Equipment Management:

  • Maintain and manage our fleet of PABX, Handy, and Heavy Lift equipment.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor equipment usage and costs to identify areas for improvement.

Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
  • Investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns.

Cost Control:

  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Business Development:

  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and exploring potential partnerships.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PABX, Handy, or Heavy Lift industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PABX systems, heavy equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
