Job description

Benefits and Wellness

Focuses on benefits program design, management and analysis across the Group, including:

  • Benefits program design (e.g. health and welfare, etc.)
  • Benefits policy/plan/process management (e.g. life insurance, accident coverage, medical, health screening, long service awards, etc.)
  • Benefits coverage evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis
  • Manages Global Benefits & Updates Inventory
  • Communication (e.g. guidance on benefit program features and plans to employees and managers)
  • Vendor management (e.g. insurance and pension brokers, consultants for program design advice, etc.)

International Mobility

Focuses on developing and managing the programs and policies related to international employee assignments across the Group, including:

  • Administer and review mobility program/policies to support business growth and key talent development
  • Preparing employees for international assignments
  • Support relocation process through appointed vendors and manage vendors (e.g. tax, immigration, relocation)
  • May assist the business with monitoring foreign government policies and actions that could impact operations and/or employee safety

Any work assignments or projects as assigned by reporting Manager.

Job requirements

  • Direct experience in benefits, wellness and mobility is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good vendor management skills
  • Takes initiatives and adopt a proactive mindset in undertaking the role responsibilities
  • Resourceful to manage issues and able to work with stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs/HR Ops) to resolve them
