Job description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships (80%)

  • Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction.

  • Use client feedback data, market insights, and internal / operational data to contribute to the development of the Strategic Partnerships plan, initiatives, and workstreams that accelerate growth and improves the client experience.

  • Establish objectives and KPIs to deliver exceptional performance that is aligned to the overall Strategic Partnerships strategy.

  • Develop and present insights, results, and regularly progress updates to stakeholders (and clients) in a compelling understand manner.

  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of clients by driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying procedures.

Marketing (20%)

  • Marketing Plan Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize the marketing plan.

  • Strategy Oversight: Supervise the creation and execution of marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content marketing.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Job requirements

Skills set and Qualifications Requirements :

  • 3+ years professional experience in nurturing and growing client relationships

  • Exposure with Data Centre industry is preferred.

  • Demonstrated success identifying opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company services.

  • Experience developing business plans with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across teams in a deadline driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Ability to use data to analyse, report, and forecast to guide business decisions.
