This role is based in POSH office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia to deliver and execute the Transportation & Installation (T&I) scopes on a project which will commence soon.

Job description

The IK Crew Change Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the Project scope of work activities are managed and delivered in an effective and safe manner. Will assist in developing appropriate project organizational capabilities, liaising closely with Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure the requirements of all activities are managed and delivered in accordance with business requirements and to maintain awareness of, and control exposure to, operational and commercial risks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all crew sign on and sign off.
  • Crew berthing allocation for all departments and key control.
  • To be aware off flight arrangements for crew signing on and off.
  • Maintain filing for all crew signing on for tickets, receipts for travel, STCW95 certificates and company medical forms, manage and check all crew matrices are updated
  • Maintaining crew records for onboard training and appraisals.
  • Liaise with ships agent for crew sign off.
  • Conduct exit interviews with all resigning crew and inform head office.
  • Create accurate Crew Manifest.
  • Vacation/Rotation planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have Typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Must be knowledgeable in ISM regulations.
  • Must be able to deal with crew and passengers in a professional manner
  • Must be a good organizer and communicator and feel comfortable working with crew of different nationalities.
  • Must have strong character with developed leadership skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ workload, manage time accordingly and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of programme or budget.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Other requirements: Must be willing to travel as and when required throughout various project phases
  • Applicants should possess a desire / ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in offshore oil & gas industry, including 5 years in a crewing role within the O&G /marine industry and or worked in KSA before
