Job description

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring proper implementation in project execution.

  • Review and verify electrical designs, providing necessary feedback for improvements.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate with other disciplines to align electrical work with overall project plans.

  • Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

  • Oversee E-House fabrication work, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

  • Supervise the installation of cable trays, ladders, lighting, and HVAC/F&G devices.

  • Ensure proper testing of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems to confirm functionality and compliance.

  • Ensure all electrical systems and equipment meet industry regulations and standards.

  • Conduct inspections and quality assessments of electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements.

  • Ensure that all work adheres to company policies and government regulations regarding electrical installations.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients and electrical subcontractors.

  • Address client concerns and ensure expectations are met regarding electrical installations.

  • Resolve any technical or operational issues arising during project execution.

  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

  • Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety measures within the electrical team

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision minimum 5 Years preferably in industrial or construction settings.

  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings and installation processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledgeable in testing and commissioning of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems.

  • Experience in material withdrawal processes and MTO handling.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple disciplines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
