Job description
Read and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring proper implementation in project execution.
Review and verify electrical designs, providing necessary feedback for improvements.
Supervise and provide guidance to electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
Coordinate with other disciplines to align electrical work with overall project plans.
Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
Oversee E-House fabrication work, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
Supervise the installation of cable trays, ladders, lighting, and HVAC/F&G devices.
Ensure proper testing of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems to confirm functionality and compliance.
Ensure all electrical systems and equipment meet industry regulations and standards.
Conduct inspections and quality assessments of electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements.
Ensure that all work adheres to company policies and government regulations regarding electrical installations.
Maintain effective communication with clients and electrical subcontractors.
Address client concerns and ensure expectations are met regarding electrical installations.
Resolve any technical or operational issues arising during project execution.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety measures within the electrical team
Job requirements
Proven experience in electrical supervision minimum 5 Years preferably in industrial or construction settings.
Strong understanding of electrical drawings and installation processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable in testing and commissioning of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems.
Experience in material withdrawal processes and MTO handling.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
