Job description

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the below:

TA Interview Coordination (30%) Support backend coordination of interviews for TA team – ie, coordinate and send invitations to hiring managers and candidates cc HRBP and Recruiter. Use our ATS (recruitee/ATS system) where possible, otherwise emails or company cell phone provided.

TA Ops Reporting (20%)
TA Team requisitions data tracking file maintenance, monthly TA performance report, organize team meeting as requested by TA/TM leaders.


TA Projects (20%)
Supports internal audit, collating of data for projects, implementation of SOP, LinkedIn ‘Life’ Page, TA marketing collaterals, etc.

KSL Internship Program Management (15%)
Formalize an internship program by studying the internship calendars of various IHLs in Singapore that are related to our Group of Businesses. This program should be well designed and structured in such a way that it can be operated by continuous batches of HR intern student. Estimate total of interns per year is 10-20 for a start to be placed into various Biz in the Group. Work with various HRBPs and Line Managers to ensure Internship projects are well recorded and successfully matched.


Career Fairs/Job Fairs Representation (5%)
Ensure Kuok Group SG is connected with various local community recruitment events with the intention to hire Singaporeans/SPR for various BU’s frontline roles. Activity will be accompanied by respective Business HRBP/ line supervisors

Recruiter role for specific roles (10%)
as allocated by TA Lead.

Job requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business or Human Resource studies
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in similar function are welcome to apply
  • Personality: Outspoken, proactive, keen to learn, and creative
  • Knowledge in using LinkedIn is an advantage
  • Knowledge in using Application Tracking System is an advantage
  • Knowledge in creating posters for recruitment or employer branding activities is an advantage
