Job description

This role is primarily focused on leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities, while also providing HR business partnering support to align people strategies with business needs. It plays a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting the company’s growth in the region.

 

Strategic Hiring Support

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align TA strategies with long term organizational objectives.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

Lead end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding

Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, aligning them quickly with business operations and culture.

Talent Pipeline Development

Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles, with a docus in key capabilities and niche skill sets relevant to POSH’s operations.

Recruitment Analytics & Insights

Use recruitment data and performance metrics to inform decision-making, enhance sourcing effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

Employer Branding

Strengthen POSH’s visibility and positioning in the talent market through branding initiatives, partnerships and engagement strategies.

Offboarding

Support the offboarding proves by coordinating exit procedures, capturing insights through exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions.

Job requirements

  • Education: Posses at least a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or similar.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Human resource with at least 5 years of hands on experience. Proven ability to manage full cycle hiring across functions and job levels.

  • Technical skills: Proficient in direct sourcing, talent pipeline development, and using recruitment platforms (e.g LinkedIn, job boards) and MS office tools.

  • Business & HR knowledge: Solid understanding or compensation, global mobility, employment law, and interviewing/sourcing strategies. Strong business acumen across multiple functions.

  • Analytical & problem solving: Skilled in using data to support hiring decisions and stakeholder communications. Creative in addressing challenges and removing barriers.

  • Work style: Adaptable to fast-paced environments, highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and daily tasks.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and facilitate effectively.
