Internship Overview

As a Corporate Communications Intern at PCL, you will support both internal and external communications programs, gaining hands‑on experience in digital content creation, event coordination, and media relations. You will work closely with our communications team to deliver high‑impact messaging that reinforces our brand and engages key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital & Offline Content: Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing communication materials, including social media posts, newsletters, press releases, infographics, and presentation decks.

  • Internal Communications Support: Help curate employee communications—town hall presentations, intranet articles, and email campaigns—to keep staff informed and motivated

  • External Publicity: Support the creation of marketing collateral and media kits; conduct basic media outreach and maintain media contact lists.

  • Video Production: Aid in the planning, filming, and post‑production editing of short videos for internal comms and external marketing.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute internal and external events, including employee engagement events (e.g., Town Hall, roadshows) and stakeholder briefings; prepare materials, manage RSVPs, and handle on‑site logistics.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with basic video editing tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
