Job description

  • Support backend coordination of interviews for TA team – i.e., coordinate and send invitations to hiring managers and candidates cc HRBP and Recruiter. 
  • Use our ATS system (Recruitee) where possible, otherwise emails or company cell phone provided.
  • Reviewing, enhancing, and posting of job advertisement on various job portals.
  • Creation and posting of click baits to increase applications.

Job requirements

  • Full-time student in Singapore majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.
  • Ideally be able to commit full-time for 3-6 months internship period.
  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
