Job description

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Kuok Group Singapore in the following ways:

  • Support backend coordination of interviews for the TA team – i.e. coordinate and send calendar and email invitations to hiring managers and candidates.

  • Use our ATS system (Recruitee) to update candidate profiles, communicate with hiring managers, and track candidate stages in the hiring process.

  • Review, enhance and post job advertisements on various job portals, ensuring that they comply with TAFEP and fair employment guidelines.

  • Conduct first-round phone screening for various roles across Kuok Group Singapore's business units.

  • Create and post EDMs on various platforms to increase application volume.

  • Participate in special projects by the TA team on an ad-hoc basis.

Job requirements

  • Full-time student in Singapore majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.

  • Ideally be able to commit full-time for 3-6 months internship period.

  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
