  • Diagnose and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide user training on the organization's IT systems
  • Manage the organization's IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
  • Work with vendors to procure and maintain IT equipment and services

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
