Job description


The incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting the full spectrum of HR. Includes contributing to HR initiatives, engaging in HR projects, ensuring the daily HR operations are in progress, and enhancing employee development programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Support the business strategy by working with business managers to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, structures and processes, and in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Analyse trends and metrics to develop people solutions, programmes and policies.
  • Help business managers to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards and business requirements.
  • Provide advice to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc), and work with management and employees to build a highly engaged workforce.
  • Assist in review, propose and implement HR policies, HR SOP and support HR process continuous improvement through process streamline and automation with the use of technology.
  • Ensure compliance to local legislations and statutory requirements in all HR related policies and practices.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • At least 8 years generalist HR experience.
  • Solution-oriented, with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • High ethical standards and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, evolving business landscape.
