Job description

  • Ensure personnel records are maintained, updated and accurate
  • Maintain HRIS system and all Personnel File records
  • Work closely with Finance for monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, claims and other employee's payments
  • Ensure all payments are in accordance with statutory and Group policies
  • Keep track on the employees’ benefits, attendance, and etc
  • Liaise with HR and statutory government authorities to ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, Income Tax submission, annual tax filing and up to date related to tax regulation
  • Ensure BPJS requirement is fully implemented.
  • Handle staff's enquiry on payroll matters
  • Assist in annual salary review and variable bonus scheme
  • Assist in preparing HR report in accordance with legislated requirements and organization needs
  • Provide full spectrum of administration support within the HR function
  • Supervise the subordinate on work result
  • Maintain the Payroll work system with effectively & efficiency.
  • Provide support for specific tasks on ad-hoc basis as and when required
  • To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard

Job requirements

  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management and above.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • SAP skills.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in similar capacity
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to manage confidential matters
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong Excel skills, function or formula will be advantage
  • Independent, resourceful and self-driven with high level of initiative and possess good follow up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to collaborate work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Excellent Knowledgeable in employment acts
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR work
