Job description


  • Assist HRBP to support HR related matters for Business group.
  • Communicate and work with HR Services team to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, transfers of employees and work pass applications.
  • Prepare monthly headcount reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters for the front liners.
  • Draft announcement of appointments/births.
  • Ensure data integrity in the HR system: Work with other HR specialist on employee personal and employment data update.
  • Assist to schedule employees for training programs.
  • Facilitate programs and events (e.g. Employee Engagement Events and Recognition Program).
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the recruitment process is within a reasonable timeframe for front liners.
  • Preparing of monthly HR reports.
  • Apply for Work pass.
  • Conduct orientation for frontline hires.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
  • Ready to be the HR ambassador to support and promote HR initiatives/programs.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a generalist role.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of local HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
