Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the Talent Acquisition function within Group HR
Job description
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function and working in partnership with the businesses and the HR Business Partners to effectively and efficiently source, identify and select the talents to meet their recruitment needs. This includes strategizing recruitment approaches, enabling hiring and testing tools, gatekeeping candidate selection procedures and leading the team to work with the HR operations team to manage the end-to-end hiring processes for different businesses and countries. This role is key in connecting with the businesses to understand and anticipate their recruitment needs, thereby working towards bringing in the right fit of talents into the organization.
Key responsibilities:
· Work closely with the businesses and HR business partners to understand and anticipate their recruitment needs and strategize to meet the needs.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring business recruitment needs are met timely and effectively, in compliance with relevant country regulations.
· Demonstrates creativity in engaging and utilizing candidate sourcing channels and strategies.
· Be mindful of establishing a growing pipeline of young and experienced talents in anticipation of upcoming and changing business needs.
· Function as a liaison amongst business leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers and HR operations teams to enable smooth recruitment services provision, ensuring alignment and connecting the dots effectively.
· Optimize usage of recruitment, candidate selection and testing tools, processes and social media to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness, at the same time uplifting the company brand and image as an employer or choice.
· Leads and develops a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching, mentoring, encouraging collaborative teamwork and good communication skills.
· Constantly challenges the status-quo to uplift the operating standards of the recruitment team.
· Where relevant, responsible to drive initiatives, particularly relating to enhancing automation and process efficiencies.
Job requirements
Key requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· More than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, with 8 to 10 years managerial experience in a regional or global environment leading a team of recruiters
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Proven track record working with recruitment agencies, job posting board vendors and other candidate sourcing channels
· Good experience in project implementation
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
· Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to details
