This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office buildings

  • Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings

  • Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements

  • Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly

  • Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to

  • Responsible for operations budget, administration, and management of service contracts

  • Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports

  • Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness

  • Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the buildings perform at an optimum level

  • Maintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit out works and Asset Enhancement Projects

  • Collaborate with Group Operations to launch and implement ESG initiatives, etc., as needed

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Certified as SFSM (preferred)

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a similar capacity

  • Experience in property management, shopping mall or retail environment with involvement in asset enhancement projects will be an added advantage

  • Sound knowledge of M&E, Civil Security, Fire Safety and Estate management

  • Knowledge of car parking equipment, security, and housekeeping is an added advantage

  • Possess strong leadership, people management, result-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines

  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English

  • Computer literate with good report writing skills
