Job description

This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office buildings
Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings
Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements
Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly
Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to
Responsible for operations budget, administration, and management of service contracts
Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports
Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the buildings perform at an optimum level
Maintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit out works and Asset Enhancement Projects
Collaborate with Group Operations to launch and implement ESG initiatives, etc., as needed

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Certified as SFSM (preferred)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a similar capacity
Experience in property management, shopping mall or retail environment with involvement in asset enhancement projects will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge of M&E, Civil Security, Fire Safety and Estate management
Knowledge of car parking equipment, security, and housekeeping is an added advantage
Possess strong leadership, people management, result-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines
Possess good command of both written and spoken English
Computer literate with good report writing skills
