Job description

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning and document management

  • Digitizing documents and ensuring all files are uploaded into the appropriate systems

  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive company data

  • Assisting with any additional administrative tasks as required

Job requirements

  • Relevant admin experience or at least GCE 'O' levels preferred

  • Basic proficiency in English and software such as MS Office

  • Basic data entry experience will be an advantage

  • Prior experience in document management, filing, or clerical work is preferred

  • Ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently and accurately

  • Familiarity with office environments and administrative support tasks

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
